Day of Shofar Blowing

The Shofar blowing is like the blowing of trumpets when the King is crowned. On Rosh Hashanah, we reaffirm Hashem as our King.

We heard the Shofar blast on Har Sinai when the Torah was given.

Shofar blowing also symbolises a time of judgement.
