For example, there are natural history clubs. art clubs, local history societies, book clubs, etc. Drama groups or theatre groups are very popular with local people who enjoy acting and putting on plays. Other people make costumes, build the scenery, and do the lighting and sound. These theatre groups often perform Shakespeare plays, comedies and musicals.
