​How to check Resting Heart Rate

  1. ​Take your pointer and middle finger and place them under the corner of your jaw.

    This needs to be done before any activity.

  2. Count the number of pulses you feel for 1 minute.

  3. ​Heart Rate is the amount of pulses you counted.
