​Usage - Cách dùng Thì Hiện tại đơn

Thì hiện tại đơn dùng để diễn đạt:

1. Thói quen hàng ngày hoặc hành động lặp đi lặp lại (Habits & Repeated actions)

2. Sự việc, sự thật hiển nhiên (General truth)​

3. ​Thời gian biểu hoặc lịch trình có kế hoạch ở tương lai gần (Timetable, actions in the future)

​Ngoài ra, thì hiện tại đơn dùng để diễn đạt quy luật tự nhiên (law of nature), trạng thái bất biến (unchanged state), lời chỉ dẫn, etc.
