Writing the Date

Write dates in the following order:

Month day (number), year

October 12, 2022

Remember to put a comma , between the day and the year (it keeps the numbers separate so it is not confusing)

October 12, 2022

October 12 2022

Remember to put a capitalize the months.

The date can also been written using only numbers.

There are 12 (twelve) months in the year. Each has a number according to the order (1-12). October is the tenth (10th) month, so we will put 10 as the month.
