Develops self-esteem, leadership abilities and taps into ones hidden potential by introducing new ideas.
Improves productivity, procedures and processes.
Improves one’s ability to solve problems.
Gets the job done more efficiently!

What destroys a team?
Team members can become unhappy with their team if there is no team coherence.
This is often due to a lack of effective communication, poor conflict resolution skills and the inability to assist one another.

Why is communication important to a team?
Team communication is essential for a healthy and thriving team.
Good communication creates an environment where all team members are inspired to reach a common goal.

Every person on a team is important and should be treated as a valued member!
When team members appear to be at odds with one another and lacking direction, then effective communication is absent.
Effective communication within a team keeps everyone on the same page and allows for open expression and direct feedback.

Effective teams have teammates who are constantly talking and listening to each other.
All communication should be consistent, clear and courteous.
People should be able to disagree openly but with respect.
