  • Improves productivity, procedures and processes.

  • Improves one’s ability to solve problems.

  • Gets the job done more efficiently!

What destroys a team?​

  • Team members can become unhappy with their team if there is no team coherence.

  • This is often due to a lack of effective communication, poor conflict resolution skills and the inability to assist one another.

Why is communication important to a team?​

  • Team communication is essential for a healthy and thriving team.

  • Good communication creates an environment where all team members are inspired to reach a common goal.

Every person on a team is important and should be treated as a valued member!​

  • When team members appear to be at odds with one another and lacking direction, then effective communication is absent.

  • Effective communication within a team keeps everyone on the same page and allows for open expression and direct feedback.
