When do you use quotation marks?
1) Keep quotation marks at the beginning and end of speech
2) If there is a new speaker, start a new line.

3) Begin direct speech with a capital letter.

4) Make sure your speechh is correctly punctuated. This includes a piece of punctuation before closing the quotation marks.
