​Writing a good Hook

​There are many ways to use hooks in your writing. Today you will practice three types.

1. The question

2. Figurative language

3. Painting the picture with words.​

Open Ended

Using one a question,

Write a hook for a letter to your principal about "Why the school should NOT have a dress code."
