​radical - the √ symbol that is used to denote square root

​integer (pronounced IN-tuh-jer) is a whole number (not a fractional number) that can be positive, negative, or zero.

Pythagorean Theorem​ - the Pythagorean theorem states that “In a right-angled triangle, the square of the hypotenuse side is equal to the sum of squares of the other two sides“.​

​slope - the slope of a line is a measure of its steepness. Mathematically, slope is calculated as "rise over run"

​proportional - in mathematics, proportionality indicates that two quantities or variables are related in a linear manner. If one quantity doubles in size, so does the other;

​distance - e length along a line or line segment between two points on the line or line segment.

​rate - A rate is a special ratio in which the two terms are in different units. For example, if a 12-ounce can of corn costs 69¢, the rate is 69¢ for 12 ounces

​similar - in terms of Math, when two figures have the same shape but their sizes are different, then such figures are called similar figures.

interpret​ - Giving a value (meaning) to mathematical expressions (symbols, formulas, etc.). In mathematics such values are mathematical objects (sets, operations, expressions, etc.). The value itself is called an interpretation

compare​ - Comparing numbers in math is defined as a process or method in which one can determine whether a number is smaller, greater, or equal to another number according to their values.
