Scenario: A parent informed you that a student was tested positive with covid or any medical reasons. What steps should you follow?

​Update on absences:

​Please disregard page 7.

• There will be NO REMOTE EXAMINATION for those tested with covid. They will just do the regular makeup test.

• Follow the procedure as usual:

  1. verify the case

  2. update the google sheet

  3. inform Ms Alice or Mr Rolandi

  4. Inform the make up test date once confirmed by the Exam Comm

​Update on close contacts:

​If the student's family member/in-house help is tested positive...

• The student will be allowed to come to school and take the test with some restrictions:

  1. Show a negative antigen test before coming to school.

  2. The student will only enter the room/hall on the test taking timings.

  3. The student will be isolated or be placed in a waiting room. Once the test is done, the student has to go home quickly or wait in the waiting area.

• Only writing instruments should be with them. No mobile phones. Complete these by 7:45am.

​Dismissal

• P3 and P4 students will be dismissed in their classroom by the last invigilator.

• P5 and P6 students will be dismissed in the Integrity hall by their form teachers.

• P5 and P6 bags ​will be kept inside the hall, corners will be alloted for each class.

• Discourage the students from bringing big bags and food that will take time to eat. Instead, bring box juices, milk or biscuits.
