​Sometimes we need to factor out a GCF from a trinomial (that's 3 terms!)

For Example:

Find the GCF of 12x⁵ + 8x⁴ - 6x³

-what number is common between 12, 8 and 6?

-how many x's are common?

So the GCF is 2x³!
