The function of Conditional Imperative is to ask or invite someone to do something with the condition
Example
If you go to public space, wear a mask
The sentence above consist of two clauses, dependent clause and independent clause.
(If you go to public space) Dependent Clause (Clause can't stand alone)
(wear a mask) Dependent Clause (Clause can stand alone)
The first sentence is Conditional Sentence
The second one is Imperative Sentence
If we put conditional clause after imperative clause, the sentence is no coma

With the condition that they have finished their task, they are invited to go to the beach
If we finish the task, let's go to the beach
The conditional sentences show the general truth,are:
If my grandmother comes over, we usually go to the park
If you are 17 years old or older, you are allowed to have an ID card
If you don’t water flowers, they die
We call the conditional sentences show the general truth, ZERO CONDITIONAL

Conditional Type 1
This sentence is used to tell the present condition or the future which real situation.
If + Simple Present is used in Conditional Sentence.
Simple Future ( S + will + Verb base + ....) is for the result of condition.

Conditional Type 2
This sentence is used to tell the condition which is impossible to happen.
If + Simple Past is used in Conditional Sentence.
Past Future ( S + would + Verb base + ....) is for the result of condition.
