Alumni Gathering Report
Terms of Reference
Mrs. Sudaryati, the headmaster, has requested this report on
the Alumni Gathering Activity. The report was to be submitted
by August 15th, 2020.
Procedure
A representatives selection of 20% participants were
interviewed during the alumni gathering on July 20th, 2020
concerning :
1. Overall participants’ satisfaction with the activities in the
gathering.
2. Problems encountered with the facilities in the
gathering venue.
3. Suggestions for the improvement of the next gathering
activity.

Findings
1. The participants were generally satisfied with the
activities in the gathering.
2. Some problems were encounterd when they lacked
of mineral water.
3. Most of the participants complained about the
uncomfortability of the room.
Conclusions
1. Participants are happy to join the activities in the
gathering.
2. Mineral water availability should be considered as an
urgent need.
3. They have problems with the room.

Recommendations
1. Meet the committee to discuss the
problems.
2. Provide enough food and beverage
supplies.
3. Provide a larger room.
4. Consider an outdoor gathering.
