​Your environment is everything around you. The places you go - where you live - where you go to school - places you are frequent. Those places are contribute to decisions you will make or avoid.

​It is an individual's ability to handle and act based on different social conditions. This involves choices you make regarding who and what you allow yourself to be around.

An overall state of well-being, or total health.

Often health & wellness are merged together - they are very similar in meaning. Health & Wellness by definition mean overall or total healthiness. Having positive and progressive choices made regularly in each aspect of the health triangle: physical- mental - social health.
