A trip to the zoo. Yesterday my family went to the zoo to

see the elephants. when we got to the zoo, we went to the

shop to buy some food to give to the animals. after getting

the food, we went to the nocturnal house where we saw

birds and reptiles which only come out at night. before

lunch, we went for a ride on the elephant. it was a thrill to

ride it. dad nearly feel off when he let go of the rope. during

lunch, we fed some birds in the park. in the afternoon, we

saw the animals being fed. when we returned home, we

were tired but happy because we had so much fun.

Last September, I (1 ….) to Pari Island for a holiday. I (2 ….) there with my friends. That (3 ….) my first time to travel
there.

Our boat (4 ….) from Muara Angke port to the island at 8.00 AM. We (5 ….) at Pari Island around 10.00 Am. After that,
we went to our guest house that we had booked before. Fortunately, our guest house was located near to the port, so we (6
….) to walk so far. The first thing that we (7 ….) after that was rent bicycle. It only cost IDR 20.000 per day. Then we did
cycling for a while and had lunch before we decided to do snorkeling.

When we went snorkeling, the fisherman who (8 ….) our guide (9 ….) us to the beach far enough from our guest house.
We did snorkeling there. The water was very clear. We could see groups of tiny fishes and beautiful coral under the sea.
After we did snorkeling for approximately three hours, we (10 ….) to our guest house. We (11 ….) the first day by getting
dinner and (12 ….) some walks around.

On the second day, we (13 ….) so early to watch sunrise. We did not need to go far to watch the sunrise because our guest
house was so near to the beach and we could watch the sunrise there. Sunrise on the beach, what a beautiful view!

After we spent long enough time to watch the sunrise, we decided to get breakfast. There was a festival at that time. We
went to the festival and had breakfast there. We (14 ….) some delicious sea foods. We (15 ….) time went so fast that day.
We needed to return to our guest house because our boat that would bring us home would depart at 10.00 AM.

In summary, my first trip to Pari Island was so enjoyable. I would like to visit this place again together with my family in
another chance.

We had displays in the hall. These

displays were good but I didn’t get

to see them. The displays came

from a lot of countries.

Everyone had a job. These people

were from sixth grade. I did my job

after I had lunch. My job was to sell

International Day Books.
