Wellness is much more than just being healthy.

Wellness is an overall state of well-being, or total

Every decision you make can affect your wellness.

For example, healthy snack choices like fruit or

yogurt instead of chips or candy will satisfy your
hunger and contribute to your wellness.

Doing your homework or riding your bike after

school are healthier ways to spend your time than
playing video games.
