in the best way.
• Labor – human resource, physical and mental effort
• Productivity – the result or outcome of the input (EFFICIENCY)
• Absenteeism – Stay away from work
• Labor turnover – how fast workers change jobs
• Recruitment – the process of hiring new employees.
• Contract of employment- Legally binding agreement between employer and

Motivation is concerned with the desire to do
something or achieve a particular result.
In everyday usage, the term "motivation" is frequently used to
describe why a person does something. It is the driving force behind
human actions
