-Begin by writing an SBAR report on your patient in clinical this previous week.

-You will then share your SBAR with a partner and your partner will share with you.

-You each must provide the other with 2 constructive areas of feedback with rationale

-You and your partner will find another partner group and all 4 of you will share your refined SBAR with each other.

-What does this mean? How do you interpret this information?

-Based on your report, as a group, which patient will you decide to see first? Why?

-Now that you have chosen your priority patient, as a group, develop a concept map on that patient.

-Work together to ensure all areas are covered.

-You will post these to your discussion board! You need to type 4-6 sentences on why that patient was a priority and what you interpreted about them that made them priority!
