●Traveling can be a summed up into many adjectives, actually some of
the might have nothing to do with each and in fact polar opposites.
Travelling can be fun, interesting, cultivating yet also scary, stressful
and an overall undesirable experience. Sometimes it might come down
to the people, sometimes it might be factors that can’t be controlled,
nevertheless I am here to help with the things you can control.

The world isn’t “black and white”, in other
places in the world people operate with
different laws and culture.

Laws: 3 Important Tips
1.Research the local laws and customs before you leave. Every country is
different, and some countries have strict rules regarding those that are legal or
considered minor crimes in the U.S. Minor misdemeanors could be a major
crime in other places.
2. Remember certain medications in some places could be considered not
sanctioned or illegal in certain countries.
3.Do your research on travel any questions about advisories. U.S. State
Department website Traveler's Checklist - travel.gov.

Health
●More than 25% of all international report some illness during some point of
their trip.
●Many diseases and sickness are transmitted through international airports
and trains.
●It is recommended to go see a physician before after your trip.

Religion
●There are many countries where religion is held most high and there are even
some where the whole country has to practice that religion. You aren’t
required to do so , but do not show forms of disrespect towards those
religions.
●Some countries religious values are intertwined with politics so keep that in
mind.
●Continue to research these countries religious values so you don’t risk
offending anyone or group.

Food
●Arguably, the best part about travelling the country is the rich foods that said
country has to offer.
●Ask for local recommendations, locals will know more that any food critic.
●Menus and Locals might be hard to understand so don’t be afraid to try new
things or utilizing pictures if provided.
●Visit markets, Markets are more cultural than any restaurant because that’s
where some of the ingredients if not all come from.
●Know what you’re eating regarding allergies.

Clothes
●Culture apparel is a beautiful thing. It is a form of expression. Many cultures
dress different. For instance, in America you can wear whatever you want ,
but in Israel women can not wear anything revealing.
●Remember not to appropriate culture, to some people they do not mind you
buying the apparel , yet appropriate can be seen as very disrespectful.
● Enjoy the beautiful scenery of how the culture looks through clothes.

Music
●
Music is very important , it makes us all feel good, music can travel as
well, from place to place affecting everyone that listens.

Different genres of music can also be interpreted differently
depending on the culture.
●
The impact that a person's culture has on their music taste, including
their preferences, emotion recognition, and musical memory is an
amazing concept.
