​Press the fretboard with your left hand (or fretting hand) and pluck with right hand (or strumming hand)

1^st String Only

Exercise 1:

1 2 3, 2 3 4, 3 4 5, 4 5 6,....till 12^th fret

and 12 11 10, 11 10 9, 10 9 8, ..... till 1^st fret

Note : use 4th finger only if comfortable
