What exactly is Fraud?

You will usually spot altered/photoshopped/edited documents in the agents "Media Files"

• Invoices

• Checks

• Bank Statements

• Contracts

• Photo submissions

• Dates ran

• Notary / and scripts

Common Cases?

• Suspicious edits and uncommon line breaks

• Darkened scanned documents with bright cut outs

• Pixelation

• Look for shadow

• Spelling & Grammar: look for typos and incorrect grammar

• Changes in layout: has something been cut or added?

• Changes in text: size/font/coloration
