Appeal

Please realize that if you found this lesson or any of my others and aren’t in my art class some things may not make sense,but i encourage you to still take my classes, also please note that i am not a professional and haven’t gone to school for art yet, I’m just a very experienced person who wants to teach others. This class will not be digital art.

You may take notes and/or use past notes. If u slack off or don’t know many answers and get them wrong don’t sweat, its still a learning process just try your best.

Today we will be learning about appeal

I am Zooshi sushi, although i may be a sushi loving cat I DO have some expectations for you, no picking the wrong answer on purpose/to see what happens. It’s not like i can magically tell but treat this like a REAL class, if u came here for a “just for fun” quiz this isn’t the place to be but it will still be fun.

Class expectations

Art class 02 will start after this message…

This is the time to grab you supplies, this class you will need:

• Art utensil (pencil,pen,paint brush,marker,etc)

• Drawing surface (paper,sketch book,etc)

• Coloring utensil (crayons, markers, colored pencils,etc)

• A positive attitude

Remember to read ALL questions

Multiple may seem correct

But choosing you may not be able to choose multiple so make sure you read all the options and consider the reasoning.

What do you currently think appeal is?

• something looking correct

• Something drawing your attention

• The color balance

• the cool colors and warm colors

These have good appeal because your attention is immediately drawn to them

​​Appeal is if something grabs your attention

Bad appeal doesn’t…

• draw in your attention

• Pop out to the veiwer

• Make you happy

• Show you the color

but this is not meant to Appeal to you,it not being appealing makes it unnerving (makes u grow uneasy or uncomfortable) But in most pictures we don’t want that.
