Housework

​Hello everyone!

• My name is Ngo Nguyen Minh Anh. You can call me Sunny. It's my nickname.

• I'm a 9-year-old student in class 4A5 at Vo Thi Sau Primary School in Gia Nghia City, Dak Nong Province.

• I'm very happy to participate in the English speaking contest for Primary students of the school year 2022-2023.

• In my presentation, I’d like to share with you about "The things I usually do to help my parents at home."

​As a responsible child, I always try to help my parents out around the house as much as I can.

• I'll clean my room, sweep the floors, take out the trash and help with laundry.

• I also help with meal preparation by setting the table, washing the dishes, and even helping with the cooking.

• When my parents are out for somebusiness, I'll watch over my 5-month-old brother to make sure he’s safe and happy.

​I do these things to help my parents because

• I know how hard they work to take care of our family. I want to show them that I appreciate all their efforts and that I am willing to help out whenever I can.

• And I do believe that all children should help their parents with some housework just like I do. When we help our parents, we not only show them that we appreciate their hard work, but we also learn valuable life skills. We learn how to be responsible, how to work as a team, and how to take care of ourselves and others. So, let's all work together to make our homes happy, healthy, and supportive places to live!
