About the Course:

• The Essentials of Project Management course aims to provide learners with an understanding of project planning techniques and management skills to create projects that can be run more effectively and efficiently in real life.

• Learners will explore how to create a project plan that covers topics as budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment and prioritization.
