In this part we will mention some of the most used way for online communication through the internet or other networks . These methods are being used by people all over the world to communicate with each other .  

Instant Messaging (IM) 

IM : is a form of real –time communication between two or more people . 

IM provide the following features : 

Chat (text) , Video , Audio (Sound) , Images , Files

Multimedia Message Service (MMS) 

MMS: is a standard way to messages that include Multimedia content to and from mobile phone 

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) 

VoIP: making phone calls using the internet instead of normal landline phone or cell phone
