Brainstorming
Brainstorming is a technique for
solving problems, generating
ideas, and stimulating creative
thinking. Brainstorming can be:
completed individually or in groups,
structured or free form, and timed
or untimed. Most importantly,
brainstorming involves collecting
ideas without regard to feasibility
and without criticism.

Scrum Development
What is a Scrum?
The scrum is a key part of the Agile development process. It is named for the
scrummage formation used in rugby, where players interlock and attempt to move
the ball as a unit, rather than handing it off from player to player.
Projects do not move forward on a linear path from planning, to building, to testing,
to deploying. Instead, teams use what is called a scrum workflow. Teams iterate
through planning, building, testing, and deploying multiple times. In each iteration
of this process, called a sprint, your team will fully build a small piece of the
project. These pieces are called backlog items.

Scrum Terms
Scrum Workflow
Scrum workflow is the series of meetings, processes, and tools that
teams complete to deliver products in Scrum methodology.
Sprint
A sprint is a short, time-boxed period when a scrum team works to
complete a set amount of work. Sprints are at the very heart of scrum
and agile methodologies, and getting sprints right will help your agile
team ship better software with fewer headaches.
Backlog Items
Product Backlog refinement is the act of breaking down and further
defining Product Backlog items into smaller more precise items.
Refinement can occur at any time during a Sprint, in a more formal
meeting or meetings, on an ongoing basis or as needed. Refinement
is not mandatory, however it is a good practice to consider in order to
increase transparency and make work items more precise.
