  • Use ALL of the x values from a table. One at a time,

    replace the x value in the equation with an x-value from

    the table. (Use Demos)

  • If the table matches the equation, EVERY x-value input will result in the correct y-value output.

  • The y-intercept will be in the table with an x-value of 0.
