Ivatan Foods
Because the researchers noticed that the Ivatan Foods is currently facing
gradual lost due to the modernization.
Also the researchers chose this kind of topic thus they intend to preserve
the Ivatan food.
As the researchers strand is TVL – food processing. It helps them to come up
with this research topic. The researchers look for problem of food
processing and came up with their topic Traditional Ivatan Dishes later on
change to Ivatan Food.

To answer the question no. 1 the researchers conducted an Interview to
locals. Specifically in Brgy. Sinakan and Nakanmuan.
Interview was done as well.
For the questions number 3 and 4 a survey was done.

The researcher might encounter a lot of challenges while doing this paper
one of this was the time. The time when they can Interview or survey their
respondents. As the respondents might not have always a free time to
spare.
The possible revision of the paper.
Challenge on finding funds to support the printing and the data gathering.
Researcher needed to exert a lot of effort to ensure that their reasirch
paper will be valid and reliable.
