Growth mindset refers to the belief that one's
abilities and intelligence can be developed through
hard work, effort, and perseverance. People with a
growth mindset tend to embrace challenges, view
failures as opportunities to learn and improve, and
believe that they can continuously improve their skills
and abilities over time. This mindset contrasts with a
fixed mindset, which assumes that one's abilities and
intelligence are innate and cannot be changed
significantly.
