Mom takes Pete to the Quack Pack. Pete sees lots of ducks.

June is the top duck in the Quack Pack. She chats with Pete and his mom. “These are the rules,” June tells them, “and we will work on duck skills.”

“If your head is up, you will get the best quacks,” June states. She uses a big voice to say, “QUACK! QUACK!”

“Quack! Quack!” The ducks make cute little quacks.

“Keep those heads up,” June yells.

Pete lifts his head. His bill points up. “QUACK! QUACK! QUACK!” Pete’s voice is huge. He quacks well!

The other ducks lift up their bills. “QUACK! QUACK! QUACK!” The ducks make huge quacks like Pete.

“Those are nice, big quacks!” June tells them. “Let’s use those big quacks in this tune about the Quack Pack.”

The tune has big quacks and little quacks in it. Pete likes to quack in tune with his Quack Pack pals.

Next, June tells the ducks about Quack Pack rules. “Ducks are nice, not rude. Ducks are pals to other ducks. Ducks must look fine at all times.”

“I will be a good Quack Pack duck,” Pete tells June and his mom

Then June names duck skills for them. “Ducks snack on bugs. Ducks catch fish. Ducks swim.”

Swim! Pete did not want to swim. He did not like to get wet. Could Pete still be a good Quack Pack duck?
