Quantifiers tell us how many/ much of something there is.
Some
We use "some" to show a quantity of something.
We usually use it with plural and uncountable nouns.
It is normally used with a positive sentence.
Example:
"I ate some rice and some eggs.

We usually use "any" in questions or negative sentences.
Example:
"Do you have any mangoes?"
"Yes, I have some mangoes."
"Thanks. Do you have any bananas?
"No, I don't have any bananas".

We can also use "any" to mean "it doesn't matter which."
Example:
"You may take any toy that you like."
