Resources
-
arrange the room in 2 sections; Right and Left (from the direction of teacher‘s table and facing the LT2 entrance from stairs). [piano is considered the Left side].
-
for each side, there will be 3 rows of 2 tables joined together, to accomodate 3 KBs, 6 person across.
-
required 7 extension cords , 4 wall sockets .
-
RHS: 3 extension cords + 3 power socket
-
LHS : 1+3 extension cords + 1 power socket on the left side (see slide 4)
-
18 Keyboards + KB adaptors
-
If need more keyboards / table, add as the 4th row near the wall (to minimise usage of extension cord).
7
Vocabularies :
EXTENSION CORD
Keyboard adaptor – easily malfunction if dropped ($38 per pc).
8
POWER SOCKET along the wall for
the extension cord
9
Extension
Cords would be
put on the
table or the
chair , and
connect to the
keyboard
adaptors
(cannot drop!)
10
RIGHT HAND SIDE:
One Extension Cord per row, directly plugged in directly from the
wall sockets on this side of the wall (find your socket behind the
curtain).
11
Put the extension cord and adaptor
on the chair if the table is too cramp
12
The layout of
the
keyboards
are the same
as per the
other side.
However…..
13
There are not enough sockets on the wall. So, we have to pull out an
extension from the wall socket. From this power cord, connect 3 other
extension cord to 3 rows of tables, and then connect to the kb.
14
Routine in setting up – shared responsibility !
3 components to collect and return weekly:
1. Keyboard (Student A)
2. Power adaptor (Student B)
3. Music Rest (for IPAD) (Student B)
EXTENSION CORD – group effort!
HONOUR SELF AND OTHERS - Being responsible and taking
good care of school property
