Simple Present vs Present Continuos
Simple Present: The simple present tense is used to express general facts, habits, repeated actions, or routines. It describes actions or situations that are true at all times, not just at the moment of speaking.
Example: "I study English every day."
4
Part II
Present Continuous (also known as Present Progressive): The present continuous tense is used to describe actions that are happening at the moment of speaking or temporary actions and situations. It emphasizes that the action is in progress and may not be a permanent state.
Example: "She is eating lunch right now."
5
Present Perfect
The present perfect tense is used to describe actions or events that started in the past and continue up to the present moment. It also includes actions or events that happened at an indefinite time in the past but have a connection to the present. This tense is formed using the auxiliary verb "have" (in its appropriate form) and the past participle of the main verb.
The basic structure of the present perfect tense is:
Subject + have/has + past participle of the verb

Este tiempo verbal se emplea para indicar el momento pasado en que algo ocurrió con anterioridad a otro hecho también ocurrido en tiempo pasado. Puesto que el pasado perfecto simple indica que la situación o hecho ya ha finalizado, siempre hace énfasis en el resultado.
31
¿Cómo se forma?
A partir de la conjugación del verbo auxiliar have en tiempo pasado perfecto, had, con el verbo principal en su participio pasado, así:
32
subject + aux verb (past perfect) + main verb (past participle) + complement
