Teks prosedur banyak ditemukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan sangat penting untuk dipelajari karena berguna dalam kehidupan Anda. Teks prosedur bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana sesuatu dilakukan atau dibuat melalui serangkaian tindakan atau langkah. Resep adalah sejenis teks prosedur tentang cara membuat atau memasak makanan dengan bahan-bahannya. Bisa juga dikatakan resep adalah cara atau langkah-langkah dalam memasak makanan.
Pengertian Teks Prosedur: Resep

Setiap teks mempunyai struktur yang berbeda-beda. Struktur teks akan berbeda-beda tergantung tujuan teks tersebut. Struktur mewakili informasi kepada pembaca. Berikut penjelasan struktur generik teks prosedur berbentuk resep
. • Sasaran/ Sasaran. Memberikan informasi tentang apa yang harus dibuat, biasanya ditempatkan sebagai judul teks. • Bahan/ Bahan: daftar bahan/bahan yang digunakan untuk membuat atau mendinginkan makanan beserta takarannya. • Metode/langkah. Bagian resep ini menjelaskan urutan langkah dalam memasak makanan.
STRUCTURE TEKS PROCEDUR

Ingredients :4 servings, 250 gr meat, 1 egg
Ground spices: 8 red onion cloves, 6 cloves of garlic, 1 segment of ginger, 2 galangal segments, 3 stalks lemongrass, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp ground pepper, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 nutmeg, 1/2 turmeric segment, 1 large red chili, 3 candlenuts roasted and ground
Additional spices when stir-frying: 1 bay leaf, 1 piece of orange leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 1 bunch crushed lemongrass, 1 segment of crushed
galangal Supplementary material: vermicelli potato fritters fried lung leek fried onions lime soy sauce chili sauce the diamond.
How to make :
Step 1 Boil the meat until tender, about 1 hour. cut according to taste
Step 2 Heat the oil, then add the additional spices, then add the ground spices, stir-fry until fragrant. set it aside
Step 3 Boil water in a pan to make soup stock, you can add a third of the water from washing the rice. After boiling, add the sauteed spices, cook until the sauce boils then add the beaten egg, salt and sugar according to taste, stir until evenly mixed then turn off the stove.
Step 4 Arrange vermicelli, lungs, meat, green onions, fried onions, cakes in a bowl then pour in the soup sauce.
Step 5 Can be enjoyed with rice or ketupat. enjoy!
