Meeting agenda

Agenda is a list or outline of things to be considered

or done. The meeting organizer or leader usually
prepares the agenda, but everyone can help by asking
for clarification if they need it. And when submitting
items for the agenda by making sure they’re clear. If a
specific contribution is called for, this will need to be
agreed with the presenter before the meeting. It helps
that the other participants also know what's expected of
them.
