What foolish idea led me to set off for a hike in the mountains with my friend Tom, I don’t know. But when we set off, it was a beautiful autumn day. We had our jackets, some food, a map and my phone. By the time we had reached the top of the mountain, we were exhausted.

After our break, we packed up our things and as we began to head back down the mountains, the clouds had begun to gather in the sky, the air had grown colder and the sun had begun to set.
