Managing Security Risks: Risks are categorized into:

Awareness-only threats: Includes suspicious site visits. No action is needed, but you’ll be alerted about potentially risky activity. Devices can be unblocked temporarily for up to one hour if needed.

Action-needed risks include network attacks, suspicious device activity, and unauthorized access attempts. These require your attention to secure your devices, possibly due to viruses or malware. Alerts will notify you when action is needed.

Reporting Blocked Websites: Advanced Security blocks potentially dangerous websites.

• Safeguarding customers from unknowingly visiting malicious websites

• Blocking unauthorized remote access to smart devices from suspicious or harmful sources

• Continuously monitoring activity in real-time to identify unusual device behavior that could signal a potential network threat
