Antagonist - opposes the protagonist. Also known as the "bad guy".

Stage Directions - not spoken out loud. Tell the actors and stage crew what to do.

Dialogue - lines that are spoken by the actors.

Characterization - establishes the feelings and motivation of a character in a text.
