Using Either & Neither

USING EITHER & NEITHER

Used after a negative phrase to state that a feeling or situations similiar to the one that already mentioned

Used to show that a positive statement is also true of somebody / something else.

The using of either & neither

Digunakan saat seseorang mengatakan statement dengan negative sentence (ada is not, does not, did not, dsb), dan kamu juga merasakan atau juga berpikir demikian.

Digunakan saat seseorang mengatakan statement dengan positive sentence (tidak ada not), dan kamu juga merasakan atau berpikir hal yang sama.

EITHER

INTINYA...

​Penggunaan keduanya sama, yang membedakan hanya negative atau positive nya statement yang diucapkan.

A : I don't like eating sandwich for breakfast
B : Me neither

A : I like to eat sandwich for breakfast
B : Me neither

To express none of the choice/not this and not that

Used to express one of the two alternatives/This or that

​It doesn't need 'not' because neither and nor are negative

I didn't have my breakfast today, and neither did you

Either & neither also have the same function as 'too' when used with negatives verbs

​neither should come after the conjunction and followed by helper and subject.

neither is positioned at the end, usually after the negative verb.
