Open-ended questions
An open-ended question is when you ask someone a question that they can answer with their own opinion and words. It allows you to not only understand the person better but also helps with your conversation skills. 👍

Closed-ended questions
A closed-ended question is when you ask a question but give the person a list of options they can choose to answer the question. This is not good because the person will not be able to express how they feel about the topic. 👎
