قال تعالى :

قُلْ آَمِنُوا بِهِ أَوْ لَا تُؤْمِنُوا إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ إِذَا يُتْلَى عَلَيْهِمْ يَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ سُجَّدًا ﴿١٠٧﴾ وَيَقُولُونَ سُبْحَانَ رَبِّنَا إِنْ كَانَ وَعْدُ رَبِّنَا لَمَفْعُولًا ﴿١٠٨﴾ وَيَخِرُّونَ لِلْأَذْقَانِ يَبْكُونَ وَيَزِيدُهُمْ خُشُوعًا ۩﴿١٠٩﴾ سورة الاسرا

Say: "Whether ye believe in it or not, it is
true that those who were given knowledge
beforehand, when it is recited to them,
fall down on their faces in humble
prostration

What is Al-khusu’ means ?

Al-Khushu means: stillness and humility
The motivation of humility is the feeling of the greatness of Allah and understanding his word

Choose a verse from the Holy Quran and write down the meaning. And practice with Khushu’s recitation.

Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Believe in this ˹Quran˺, or do not. Indeed, when it is recited to those who were gifted with knowledge before it was revealed, they fall upon their faces in prostration,

How can we have khushu’ ?

By knowing how Great is Almighty Allah and by understanding the Quran

What khashyah does it mean?

It is the fear of Allah (swt) and
knowing he can see your actions both
in private and public

قال تعالى :

"كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَارَكٌ لِيَدَّبَّرُوا آَيَاتِهِ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُولُو الْأَلْبَابِ "﴿٢٩﴾ سورة ص

صةروﺳ﴾٢٩﴿"

[This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded.

What does Tadabur it mean ?

At-tadabur means meditation. It is to understand the meaning of the Holy Quran and reflect deeply upon it.
