parlour - Pizza Palace. You were told that it
would be delivered in thirty minutes. However,
it took two hours for your pizza to arrive. When
the pizza arrived it was cold and it had the
wrong topping on it. You ordered a pepperoni
pizza but the pizza you received had a barbecue
chicken topping.

Write a letter of complaint to the manager of
