Once upon a time, in a bustling city, there was a young college student named Alex. Alex was studying to become a disability support worker and was eager to embark on a career where they could make a difference in people's lives. Little did Alex know, their journey would be filled with challenges and lessons about the importance of competency standards.
After completing their studies, Alex landed a job at a local disability support center. Excited to put their newfound knowledge into practice, Alex dove headfirst into their role.
