Wet hands: Turn on tap, wet hands thoroughly.
Apply soap: Apply soap and lather well.
Scrub thoroughly: Rub hands together for 20 seconds, covering all surfaces.
Rinse: Rinse hands under clean water.
Dry and turn off tap: Dry hands with a towel and use it to turn off the tap.
