Enhancing blended learning
With Quizizz
A Feature Presentation by Jack Edwards
2
You thought this was going to be a google slides presentation. Instead, it's using Quizizz!
Surprise!
3
And to make things even cheekier...
The template for the presentation was premade and downloaded from Slidesgo (they have a huge library to choose from and let you download 5 presentations a month, well worth grabbing)
4
Draw
A quick demonstration of a tool that's available when you make (or convert) your presentations into Quizizz. Have a go at writing your name.
5
The purpose of this segment
Supporting
At this point we've all used Quizizz a fair bit, due to Tutorial, let's see how we can take that further.
While some may be aware of the tools, not all will be confident, so I will briefly go over some of the basics.
Using Quizizz, I'm going to demonstrate how you can integrate some interactive elements into lessons.
I'll try and make this as engaging as possible. You are however contractually obliged to have fun, you all signed the last slide, I saw you.

The quiz has reached its end... so what now?
Writing Quizizz questions and inserting them into a presentation is, as you might expect, similar to making a new slide in google slides, but also making a quiz question in Quizizz.
Less of a huge leap, and more of a small hop.
The main advantage of using Quizizz like this however, is it means that learners won't have to sign in every time there's a new question, and it'll blend much more seamlessly into activities.
