Area and Perimeter

​LO: SWBAT solve problems related to perimeter and area of rectangles where dimensions are whole numbers DOL: SW solve problems related to perimeter and area of rectangles where dimensions are whole numbers correctly in 5 out of 6 problems.

To find the perimeter, add the length of ALL sides.

6 + 6 + 6 + 6 = 24

The perimeter of this shape is 24.

To find the area of a rectangle, multiply the length by the width.
