#1b Partnership between public and private stakeholders

To reduce waste and increase recycling rates for a more sustainable urban neighbourhood, recycling takes place at recycling bins and eventually ends up at recycling plant

Three way partnership:

Residents play a vital role in proper recycling, hence public agencies like NEA educates and engages residents on the importance of waste recycling, how and what to recycle, using facilities provided by private stakeholders
