Subject-Verb Agreement is actually simple:
if the subject of a sentence is ____, the
verb must be ____; if the subject of a
sentence is ____, the verb must be ____
as well.

Objects of prepositions

Example
With his friend ______ found the movie
theater.

We should notice that ‘With his
friend’ is not a subject. ‘His friend’ is
an object of the preposition ‘With’.
The sentence lacks a subject.
Therefore, answer (B) is the correct
answer
