Advice is typically guidance for particular course of action, given based on expertise and experience.
For example:
My grandmother always gives me the best advice.

For example:
I have a suggestion that we should go for a picnic this weekend.

Giving instructions

An order to ask someone to do something for us. Start of end giving instructions with the word "please"

For example: Be quiet, please!
