เรื่อง Prepositions of Place

• Prepositions of place หรือบุพบทบอกตำแหน่ง เป็นคำที่ใช้ในการบอกว่าบางสิ่งบางอย่างอยู่ที่ไหนเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับสิ่งอื่น ๆ

• คำบุพบทบอกตำแหน่งที่พบบ่อยได้แก่
  - in, on, at, under, between, next to,
  in front of, behind, และอื่น ๆ

ตัวอย่างของ Prepositions of Place:

1. In – ใน

• The book is in the bag.

• The cat is in the box.

2. On – บน

• The book is on the table.

• The picture is on the wall.

3. At – ที่

• She is at the bus stop.

• We are at the cinema.

4. Under – ใต้

• The cat is under the table.

• The shoes are under the bed.

5. Between – ระหว่าง

• The ball is between the shoes.

• She is standing between her friends.

  6. Next to – ถัดจาก

• The school is next to the hospital.

• He sits next to his friend.

7. In front of – ข้างหน้า

• The car is in front of the house.

• She is standing in front of the mirror.

  8. Behind – ข้างหลัง

• The cat is behind the curtain.

• He is hiding behind the tree.

9. Near – ใกล้

• The park is near the school.

• The store is near my house.
